Cross Catering is run by Adam Cross, who is a chef with over 20 years in the trade. Was trained to Michelin star level by Raymond Blanc at a young age. Since then Adam has been a head chef from 20 years old, by 24 he started working in events and hospitality catering for motorsports, film sets and game shoot seasons. With many years of knowledge Cross Catering pride themselves on creating the best possible bespoke menus and events to make each one unique to the customer. From private home dining to corporate functions we look after all your catering needs.

We recently used Cross catering for an 80th birthday Bbq for my father at home in our garden. Adam Cross was recommended to us though a friend, we found Adam to be very professional and easy to deal with and the choices of food he offered for the Bbq were excellent. On the day Adam and his staff members conducted themselves in a very professional and courteous manner, and the standard of the food was excellent and enjoyed by everyone. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Adam again in the future or recommend him to others.

I asked Adam to cook for 16 of my family on my 70th birthday.
We limited the menu to three items per course including one vegetarian and chose in advance.
My wife and I eat out at pricy places and this meal was up there with the best. Almost everyone commented on how good the food was whether it was fish (scallops or sea bass with shrimp rosti) or venison pie (the pastry was fabulous) or the lemon posset dessert.
